Monthly Preventative Maintenance - We offer as a standard part of our service agreements preventative monthly gaming machine maintenance. This includes, calibration of validators, comprehensive button check, cleaning and calibration of coin acceptors, machine monitors are adjusted for focus and colour, hopper adjustment is conducted as required. The overall aim is to maintain the integrity, performance and longevity of the machine and its parts.

Link Systems - We install Paltronics and Mikohn link systems but are able to maintain link systems from all manufacturers

Floor moves and Gaming floor layout design - We liase with our clients to meet their ever changing needs with their gaming rooms. We offer all levels of gaming machine floor moves from simple machine moves to complete gaming floor layout and design. Whatever your needs are we are capable of handling it.

Analysis and reporting - Machine analysis and reporting is key to identifying areas that are hot spots, and to locate areas and machines that are under performing so we can help resolve the problem quickly.

Player tracking systems - Key to identifying hot spots and adds another level of overall analysis for venues. We are a registered and preferred agent of eBet.

Hands on approach - We are available 8am to 8pm seven days a week to attend service calls to all of our venues as required. When the situation dictates, senior technicians are available 24 hours, 365 days a year to address emergency problems that may arise. We do not use call centres, our customers are able to take comfort in knowing that our business is overseen by the owners of the business 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Electrical tagging - To meet the growing need for our venues to maintain their OH&S requirements as dictated under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 No 40 and the relevant Australian Standard AS/NZ 4804 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, the company offers electronic checking and tagging of electrical cords associated with gaming machines and auxiliary equipment at competitive prices.
